Brief of 1939 Art Academy

1939 Academy founded by Rebecca Dahl and Lucus Wang my started in Dublin, Ireland, 2002 with only the provision of intimate hairdressing classes. In 2007, Lucus started the academy again in Singapore and officially renamed as 1939 Art Academy.

1939 Art Academy is an artistry institution that aims to nurture outstanding talents for the industry, with much emphasis on the aesthetics of a professional image through an all rounded cosmetology education on hairstyling, beauty, make-up and nail-art. The training area involves professional image design, road show, fashion magazine shooting, commercial advertisement and also TV event shows.

1939 draws inspiration from Bauhaus (Germany) and the passion in the art. That leads 1939 to create and design exclusive haircuts such as Asymmetrical cut, Five points cut, the Greek Goddess cut and more creative hair design and a unique make-up and nail artistry works. 1939 Art Academy emphasis on total hair design education, the provision of reliable and sincere service and the relentless pursuit of creative yet practical hairstyles with outstanding quality. 1939艺术学院最初成立于2002年的艺术之都，Dublin（都柏林）。创始人为美国人 Rebecca Dahl 和 Lucus Wang。2007年，创始人之一 Lucus Wang 在新加坡正式成立1939学院， 近期更名为1939艺术学院。 1939艺术学院是一间以专业美发、美容、彩妆造型与美甲艺术教育为主的艺术学院，目标 在于培养本行业优秀的顶尖人才。 1939艺术学院的教学范围还涉及个人形象顾问，大型舞 台演出，时尚杂志拍摄，商业广告秀，电视节目秀等。

本校采用严格的管理系统，目的是要帮助老师管理学生的出勤率及提升老师的教学能力。 使老师们能更好的进行评估和其他相关的行政职务，能够为学生提供更好的培训知识。 近期1939艺术学院购置了数码烫发机器及陶瓷烫发机器，还有美容皮肤放大仪、精华素导入仪、 面部平衡仪、Spa机器、Spa水力按摩设备、空气喷枪等最新设备，以确保学生接触到最新的技术。 1939艺术学院只和顶尖的国际产品品牌进行合作。头发系我们选择了使用的产品是LOREAL， 美容系我们选择的产品是法国的DECLEOR，指甲系我们选择的产品是OPI、ORLY等顶尖品牌， 作为我们的供应商。
